This is Taisei Giken's latest development, a special trap that separates liquids from the
vacuum pump exhaust gases. We offer various types of elements.
We provide products that separate water from
vacuum pump oil continuously, allowing for the oil to always be fresh and in
pristine condition. This cuts oil replacement frequency.
We have oil cleaners that simultaneously remove
oil particles, water and acids from the vacuum pump. Thus the oil is constantly
kept clean, preventing any vacuum pump problems.
his is countermeasure to preventing powder clogging problem in exhaust pipe system at semiconductor/LCD factories. The spiral shape of its inner wall creating spiral stream of gas has been patent registered.
Cleans hydraulic oil and vacuum pump oil while
treating particles, water and acid simultaneously. By keeping the oil constantly
fresh, mechanical problems are easily avoided.
Taisei Giken's Oil-Water Separators that
are designed for general use are comprised of two types: the SUN Separator Cleaner which
separates water from oil type devices, and the SUN Aqua Cleaner
which separates oil from water type devices.
This device is used to collect any oil floating on the surface of
detergent tanks. The machine works by placing a diaphragm pump device that
floats on the liquids surface collecting oil.
Hydrocarbon liquid is used as detergent in washing machines. While in washing,
the hydrocarbon detergent is mixed with water or contaminants coming out from
the washing objects. The Element is “Water Film” type filter which can separate water from the hydrocarbon detergent.
The filters are used with Taisei Giken's purifying machines and can be ordered
separately to replace the current fibers after they have been worn through extended use. In order to maintain high quality performance and safety, please refrain from using products that are not
compatible with Taisei Giken products.
The water-absorbing poly filter is a filter made of multifunctional water-absorbing fibers. It has a strong water-absorbing power that removes free water mixed in with oil.
